Indian Air Force Agniveervayu Recruitment 2027 – Apply Online (Intake 01/2027)

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has released an official notification inviting online applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates for Agniveervayu Intake 01/2027 under the Agnipath Scheme. This scheme provides young candidates an opportunity to serve in the Indian Air Force for a period of four years, experience military life, and gain valuable skills.

Eligible candidates can apply online only within the prescribed dates. Selection will be carried out through a multi-stage process, including online examination, physical fitness test, adaptability tests, and medical examination.

• Candidates must undertake not to marry during the 4-year engagement period

Educational Qualification

Science Subjects

Candidates must have any one of the following:

• Passed 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Mathematics and English

  • Minimum 50% marks aggregate and 50% in English, OR

• 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / CS / IT / Instrumentation)

  • 50% aggregate and 50% in English, OR

• 2-year Vocational Course with Physics & Mathematics

  • 50% aggregate and 50% in English

Other Than Science Subjects

• Passed 10+2 / Intermediate in any stream

  • 50% aggregate and 50% in English, OR

• 2-year Vocational Course

  • 50% aggregate and 50% in English

Candidates eligible for Science Subjects can also appear for Other Than Science Subjects exam.
